Transform a line in probtraj format in an initial condition for MaBoSS.
MBSS_InitCondFromTrajectory.pl <file.bnd> <filetraj.csv> <linenumber>

The .bnd file is necessary for having a complete list of nodes.
probtraj file should have been produced by a MaBoSS run without internal node.
The result is directly available in the standard output.
